The farming enterprise “Dvurechenskoye” has taken a significant step toward deeper vegetable processing by acquiring a Russian-made autoclave worth 10 million rubles through a preferential leasing program at an annual interest rate of just 3.5%. This favorable financing scheme has enabled the farm to invest in high-quality domestic equipment without straining its budget, positioning the operation for greater self-sufficiency and value-added production. Already in place at the facility is a washing and packaging line for vegetables, which has been streamlining the farm’s post-harvest handling and preparing produce for retail-ready presentation.

Looking ahead, “Dvurechenskoye” has ambitious expansion plans that include increasing its warehouse capacity and launching a new production line for cooked, packaged vegetables. The autoclave will be central to this initiative, allowing the farm to thermally process and preserve vegetables in sealed packaging, thereby extending shelf life, reducing food waste, and tapping into the growing consumer demand for convenient, ready-to-eat products. By combining domestic equipment, affordable leasing, and forward-looking infrastructure development, the farm is building a vertically integrated model that enhances both operational efficiency and market competitiveness in the Russian agricultural sector.
